Dinnerbelle Catering - Delivery Service Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern our delivery services, and by placing an order, you agree to comply with them.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed and confirmed by us via email at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Once an order has been placed, payment confirms the booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- A confirmed PON code is required to confirm bookings.
- A minimum spend of £150.00 applies to all orders.
- Dinnerbelle Catering reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of non-payment or other reasonable circumstances.
3. Delivery Service
- Deliveries are available within Central London, including WC1 and surrounding areas.
- The food options in this brochure are available for service and delivery between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Additional charges apply for orders outside these hours, and a quote will be provided.
- A delivery fee may apply depending on the location and order size.
- Deliveries will be made to the requested location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as it cannot be left unattended. Dinnerbelle Catering takes no responsibility for deliveries after they have been made.
- The layout of certain buildings may, for health and safety reasons, restrict the service we can offer.
- The room booked must be suitable for the consumption of food and have step-free access.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
- Cancellations made on the day will be charged in full.
- Cancellations made with 2 working days' notice will be charged 100% of the bill.
- Cancellations made with 4 working days' notice will be charged 50% of the bill.
- Cancellations made with 5 working days' notice or more will not be charged.
- Final numbers and allergens must be confirmed at least 1 week before your event.
- Any amendments to orders must be requested at least 24 hours before the delivery time and are subject to approval.
5. Food Handling & Liability
- All food is for immediate consumption and must not be left out for more than 90 minutes.
- Once delivered, customers are responsible for proper storage and consumption of food items.
- Dinnerbelle Catering is not liable for any adverse effects caused by improper food handling after delivery.
- Customers must notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering.
6. Equipment & Responsibility
- All hospitality equipment delivered must remain in the room. Any missing equipment will be charged.
7. Force Majeure
- Dinnerbelle Catering is not liable for failure or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.
